How can I make my computer properly display Japanese files?
I have a windows vista, and its primary language is in English. I changed the mode so I can also type in Japanese as well. So, there’s no problem with me typing Japanese; however, whenever I download any Japanese files, everything comes up as weird symbols. I think it has to do something with the language pack, but can someone tell me what I have to do so I can properly see these Japanese files?
