What are those thick round japanese noodles used for yakiudon?
I recently went to a japanese resteraunt and had a delicious dish called yakiudon. In it, they used a noolde that I’ve seen in certain other japanese dishes, but I’ve never been able to discover the name of the noodle. They are very thick and almost tubular. Does anybody know what I’m talking about? I’d love to buy them if I can find the name. Thanks so much!
