Where is the best place in northern California to meet Japanese Women?

I love japanese woman. The sound of a japanese accent. The sound of japanese in general. I have tried to learn the language many times but I just dont use it enough to keep it. I like in northern Cali and I would love to meet a japanese woman but my area doesnt seem to have many around. I was wondering if people knew of any area that had alot of japanese women walking about.
