Why are japanese men more interested in foreign hookers than in local beauties?

So many Japanese men are promoting *** tourism in Phillipines, Bali, Thailand,…But not in Japan.
To be honest, even having romantic relationships, courtship, marriage, etc, are out of fashion in Japan.
If you look at Japanese men in Bangkok/Phuket/Pattaya/Manila, they behave so differenly from those in Tokyo. Why? Japanese girls are among the most beautiful. Yet, Japanese men have to seek *** outside. Is the beauty of Japanese girls merely superficial?
Is it because Japanese society is so restrictive? Can someone help me understand?
