How can I view Japanese characters on my computer?
My teacher sends me Japanese lessons through email but the Japanese characters show up as squares, diamonds and “?”.
I’ve already done panel>Regional and Language Options>Languages tab and clicked on the one for East Asian languages and applied the settings and I’ve already done the View>Encoding>More>Japanese But my computer would not recognize the Japanese characters my teacher sends me.
Do I have to download more Fonts? If so can you explain how to download them?
