What is the penalty of Japanese people overstaying for a week in the Philippines?
My Japanese brother is going to the Philippines for a month vacation visiting our relatives in Cebu. Though we know he can only be there for 21 days we booked his two way ticket for a month. Is there any sanctions or penalties for overstaying for a week in the Philippines? How much? What are the procedures? Please help and thank you for your information.
