In Japanese culture, is there a traditional gift a home buyer gives to the seller?

I am buying a house from an older Japanese couple who happen to operate a sushi restaurant. They have maintained the property very well and I wish to buy them a small gift. Is there a customary gift in Japanese culture for this purpose? Otherwise, given the circumstance, what would be an appropriate and culturally specific and sensitive gift?
