How can I type Japanese characters on Windows 7?
I already did everything in the control panel to add languages to the keyboard. Spanish, French, and Japanese. Except when I switch to the Japanese keyboard, it doesn’t let me type using Japanese characters. The only thing that changed was the Options and Help sign at the bottom of the On-Screen Keyboard. Can anybody help?
