How can I find English to Japanese translations that will still be in English characters?

I have been looking for an English to Japanese translator (on line) but all of the translators show the end result in Japanese characters… Any ideas anyone? All answers appreciated.

How to make a Chinese and Japanese superstition presentation?

See, my class is doing presentations and my topic is Chinese and Japanese superstitions. I need to find a way to present this to my class without using a poster or a powerpoint. They are not allowed. Is there any other way to present Chinese and Japanese superstitions to a class?

How can i tell the difference between japanese and chinese books?

i saw some at a used book store but i think they are imported, and i cannot tell if they are japanese or chinese. my little sister is learning japanese and i’d like to pick some books up for her. please help? 10 points

Ok, so I want to learn Japanese and I don’t know how to. I can’t pay to learn it(can’t afford too!) And I was wondering if any of you people could tell me a good FREE website or place to learn Japanese! And I have searched for free website for it but ended up in a dead end!

What is the Japanese Kanji for the characters in The Sailor Who Fell From Grace With The Sea?

I want the Japanese Kanji for Kuroda Noboru, Kuroda Fusako and Tsukazaki Ryuji. Thank you! Please make sure that they are from the book and not a possibly the name.

Did the Japanese language grow out of the Chinese language?

I’m very curious if the Japanese language grew out of the Chinese language. Watching the Japanese news on TV, I see that many of the Japanese characters are exactly the same as some of the Chinese characters, and they mean the same thing (of course they have different pronunciations).

Where is a good college that has a Japanese distance learning program?

I want to take some distance learning courses from a college that offers Japanese. What college offers a really good Japanese distance learning program that goes from Beginner to Advanced courses? This is something that I am really passionate about and would greatly appreciate any help people can give me. 5 stars to a good answer.
