I know that the Modern Japanese Military is forbidden to invade or rage war against any nation unless it is to defend itself, but do the Modern Japanese soldiers do ******* attacks like in WW2? Do they still do “Banzai Charges”? What Characteristics has Japan kept and forgotten from the 2nd World War?

My uncle left us a Japanese flag or insignia for a japanese fighting force. It has the names of the forces members written on it in Japanese. We think it would be better served being a part of a collection in a museum or with a collector. How can we find out what it is worth? Where would we find buyers who would be interested in buying it?
